What are your turnaround times on print?

We can print and dispatch most orders within 8 working days once we have received cleared funds, some products (usually non paper/card) can tae a little longer to produce. If you have a deadline then please get in touch to ensure we can meet this deadline before you place the order. Alternatively, place your order well before your deadline.

What are your turnaround times on design?

Most products can be designed within 5 days from receipt of cleared funds, this is just a guide and some designs can be completed the same day, if you have a deadline, please mention this when placing your order. How busy we are and how complicated your order are the main factors effecting delivery as with print if you place your order well in advance or contact us we should be able to meet your deadline.

What are your turn around times for hosting?

Turnaround times for hosting are instant* providing you supply us with all the required details. If we don't receive payment then your account will be deactivated and any information may be lost. *Sometimes setup can take up to 24 hours depending on when you place your order.

Can anything slow down your turnaround times?

We currently accept 2 payment methods, Bank transfers and cheques. If you choose to pay by cheque this will obviously slow down the order as it will need to be posted to us and then posted to our bank. We recommend bank transfers, if you have an abbey account then the transfer should be instant. Some other banks my take 2-4 days before the funds are cleared.

Is there anything else I need to know?

Our turnaround times are only here as a guide, if you have a deadline then be sure to get in touch as we will do our best to accommodate.
